Many people initially react with ... well, some "distaste" when the topic of enemas is brought up, mainly because we don't typically talk about some things in our society. But enemas have been used for thousands of years for health purposes. In fact, Jesus recommends them in accounts found in the Dead Sea Scrolls (where he also heals people with food, water, air, and sunshine). We do know that many people swear that coffee enemas have saved their lives.
In short, we all know how important it is to have good hygiene on the outside of our bodies, but few of us engage in "inside" hygiene. Enemas help us to accomplish this, and specifically we have found that coffee enemas go a long way in:
Importantly, if a coffee enema doesn't sound pleasant, you may be shocked to discover that many people LOVE their daily enema. It provides a tremendous sense of cleansing, relief, and increased energy. Once you start doing them, you're likely to never want to stop with the daily routine. There IS a period of learning how to do it effectively, to get the routine down, as with anything. But it's easy once you know how. |

How does a coffee enema work?
In short, you make a batch of ORGANIC, CAFFEINATED coffee. Ideally, make it by boiling about 1/3 cup of water (distilled is ideal) with 1/4 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee in the water. (Those who are sensitive to caffeine can start out with a very small amount and build up to where it's comfortable.) Once it reaches the boiling point, turn down the burner and let it simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes.
After this, take it off the burner and add about 1 cup of non-boiled water to lower the temperature. Carefully check it with your finger or a thermometer and make sure it's comfortably warm before using it. Then filter out the grounds so you're left with the liquid coffee.
Pour this into an enema bag, head into the bathroom, and there you let it flow up into your colon per the instructions on the enema box.
The important point is that you retain the coffee for 15 minutes. This may take you time to accomplish, depending on your muscles, so don't worry if it takes you several days to build up to this. But by retaining the coffee in your colon, the coffee has time to do its work of detoxing, energizing, etc. After 15 minutes, you expel the coffee into the toilet.
As you can see, it doesn't take much time once you're used to it, and coffee enemas can make a profound difference in your health.
